These Terms of Service apply to your use of the BODORI online store and to purchases made through it. The store is operated by Li Zongyi (李宗一), trading under the BODORI brand in China. In these terms, "BODORI", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the store operator. Please read these terms and the information provided with each product before placing an order.
1. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and keep any account credentials secure. You may not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, upload harmful code, or interfere with its operation.
2. Products and descriptions
Product pages describe the item offered, its size, colour, stated materials and what is included. Please check these details before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Where an item is described as a natural material, individual patterns, textures and dimensions may vary within the description given. These variations do not excuse an item being faulty or materially different from its description.
Stories and symbolic meanings accompanying our products describe cultural inspiration or personal interpretation. They are not guarantees of health, protection, good fortune or any other outcome. References to Wenshu Monastery describe cultural or local inspiration and do not indicate that products are made, authorised, sponsored, endorsed or blessed by the monastery.
3. Prices and payment
The product price and currency are displayed in the store. Please review the order total, delivery charges and any taxes or import-related information disclosed before submitting payment. Prices and offers may change for future orders; changes do not by themselves change the price of an order already accepted. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.
4. Orders and corrections
After checkout, please review your order details and contact us promptly if you notice an error or wish to request a change or cancellation. Whether a change can be made depends on the stage of processing and any rights you have under applicable law.
If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid for the affected item and any related delivery charges will be refunded as required by applicable law.
5. Delivery
Orders ship from China within 7 calendar days after payment. Estimated transit to the United States is 10–20 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. Delivery availability depends on your destination and the options available at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy before ordering. If we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will notify you and provide the cancellation and refund options required by law. A carrier or customs delay does not remove any rights you have against us under applicable law.
6. Returns and product issues
You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days after delivery, subject to the condition requirements in our Return and Refund Policy. The buyer pays the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns. Different rules apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items and to mandatory consumer rights. To request a return, report a damaged or incorrect item, or ask about an order, contact us at 2507206205@qq.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory cancellation, return, refund or warranty rights that apply to your purchase.
7. Privacy and third-party services
How personal information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, shipping and other service providers may have their own terms or privacy notices relevant to the services they provide. Links to third-party websites do not by themselves mean that we endorse them.
8. Website content
Content on this store is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it to browse the store, assess products and manage your purchases. Other uses require the rights holder's permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
9. Your legal rights
We do not exclude or restrict liability, warranties or remedies where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, these terms do not reduce mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
10. Updates and contact
